Payment Policy:

i) 100% Advance of the Booking Amount

ii) Confirmation Voucher will be issued only after full advance.

Cancellation Policy:

i) Cancellation more than 15 days from the date of Check-In - non-refundable.

ii) Cancellation less than 15 days from the date of Check-In - non-refundable.

iii) 100 % cancellation charges will be levied if cancelled after Check-In date or on No show.

iv) EXTENSION OR DATE CHANGE at CHAMONG GROUP OF RESORTS in extrem medical emergency will be determined entirely at the management's discretion.
