Terms & Conditions:
i) Advance 50% of the total booking amount or one night, whichever is higher, during booking;
Balance 30 days before check-in
(for senior citizens or on request 15 days before check-in)
ii) Confirmation Voucher will be issued after full advance.
Cancellation Policy:
i) Cancellation before 15 days from the date of Check-In: Guests are allowed to reschedule their travel plans within 180 days from the date of Check-In. Current tariffs and other offers may not be applicable for rescheduled dates, and rooms will be confirmed based on availability during that period.
ii) Cancellation less than 15 days from the date of Check-In – non-refundable.
iii) 100% cancellation charges will be levied if canceled after Check-In date or on No Show.
